ForkCast Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect ForkCast collects the following information when you use the app: email address (for account creation), food diary entries and nutrition logs, recipes you save or generate, meal plans, and app usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to provide and improve the ForkCast app, sync your data across devices via Apple CloudKit, and authenticate your account via Firebase.

3. Data Storage Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase and Apple CloudKit. Food diary entries, recipes, and meal plans are stored on your device and are optionally synced via CloudKit if you enable ForkCast Pro.

4. Third-Party Services ForkCast uses the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Apple CloudKit (data sync), and Anthropic Claude API (AI recipe generation). These services have their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Deletion You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app.

7. Children's Privacy ForkCast is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
